Modifications for 3 types of PSP's are currently available:

PSP 1000's - can be modded with the pandora battery

PSP 2000's - those with original firmware of lower than 4.01 can be modded with Pandora. Those with original firmware of 4.01 or later will need the ChickHEN mod

PSP 3000's - can only be modded with the ChickHEN mod

ChickHEN mods are an exploit used on the TA88v3 motherboards in PSPs. This mod needs to be activated by the user everytime the PSP is turned on if they wish to utilize the modded features of the console. Therefore if you turn your PSP off, when you turn it back on you will have to reactivate the mod. A minor nuisance but well worth doing to realize the PSP's full capabilities.

Pandora mods are permanent and will still be active if you turn your PSP off and back on.

• Transfer files between two PSPs using adhoc WiFi.
• Install an Anti-theft PSP monitoring program
